The family is the heart of every Muslim community – and thus a special focus of our association’s work. With Al-Ahibba Family & Child, we create offers that support parents in their educational responsibilities, lovingly accompany children, and strengthen family cohesion.
Our programs are practical, value-oriented and aimed at families with children from infancy to adolescence. Whether in parenting matters, religious education, or daily life together – we want to empower families to shape their path in harmony with Islamic values.
At the center is the shared growth in faith, the exchange between parents, and the strengthening of the parent-child relationship, as well as the creation of a stable, Islamically influenced environment in which children can find security, identity, and orientation.

Activities include
- Family afternoons with games, talks, and lectures
- Joint iftars, religious celebrations (e.g., Mawlid)
- Themed weekends and parent-child retreats
- Family trips to nature or cultural sites
- Islamic quiz and game days for the whole family
- Parenting workshops with Islamic and psychological input
- Discussion circles on everyday topics, media, puberty, etc.
- Conversation & support groups (e.g., Mothers’ Cafés)
